| Phase 1. |
Initial Contact |
In this phase, the customer will provide us with all
of the information necessary to provide an accurate quote. |
| Phase 2. |
Payment or Deposit |
After the quote is accepted, the customer must arrange for the
required payment or deposit to be made prior to production. |
| Phase 3. |
Artwork Phase |
In this phase, we work with the customer to fine tune the artwork
until the final artwork approval is given to us by the customer
to begin production. This process may take anywhere from 1 - 10
days depending on the quality of the art provided by the customer
and the complexity of the job. |
| Phase 4. |
Production (see below) |
This is the time it actually takes to manufacture the order. At
this point, the customer has approved the final artwork. Any changes
or revisions to the order at this point may cause delays in production
and additional fees. |
| Phase 5. |
Production Sample Approval |
On many orders a sample of the final product will be given to
the customer by either email or a physical sample. This sample is
given to check the accuracy of the coloring. No art changes can
be made without incurring additional cost at this time. On rush
orders, it may not be possible to have an actual production sample
due to the additional time it will take. |
| Phase 6. |
Shipping |
Once the order is completed, it will be sent from the manufacturer
to us and then from us to you. The actual time in transit will be
dictated by several factors. One factor is the shipping method selected
when the order was placed. Another factor is Customs Inspection.
Every shipment we receive must go though U.S. Customs. Most packages
go thru the same day. Every once in while a shipment gets held up
for one or more days while the packages go thru routine inspections.
We are not able to control this process. |
Our Disclaimer: There are several factors
we cannot control in the production of our products. Because
of this, we cannot guarantee any delivery date 100%. Even with
rush fees and rush service there is still no way to guarantee
when an order will be received. In the event we are unable to
ship an order on the date due, we will refund 100% of the rush
fee that was included on the order unless the delay was due
to factors out of our control such as waiting on customer approval
or customs delays in shipping.
