Rush Services

     To expedite your order, we offer Rush Service. This is a two week production time that will essentially put your order ahead of regular orders. The additional cost of a rush order is 25% of the total cost of the order. This means your order will be shipped within 2 weeks of the date you approve the FINAL ARTWORK. This does not mean your order will be shipped 2 weeks from the date you place your order. The time in transit depends upon the method of delivery you choose. The cost of express shipping is not the same as a rush fee.  This means that once your order is completed, it will be shipped UPS or USPS via standard shipping unless you specify Express Shipping.

     Because there are several factors that can effect production, we cannot guarantee any delivery date 100% but in most cases we meet our ship date. In the event we are unable to ship an order on the date due, we will refund 100% of the rush fee that was included on the order unless the delay was due to factors out of our control such as waiting on customers approval or changes in artwork.

     Orders that are placed without a rush service will be produced at the current rate of production at the time the order is placed. Normal production averages 30 days, however, production times can reach 6-8 weeks during a busy period. You can request deadlines and event dates without adding a rush fee as long as the date falls within our normal production time.
